The Village Players present: Cranford

This is a gentle period piece which encapsulates life in a small village in the 1830s. The village consists mainly of women (9 in fact) and two men, one of whom is a young man, and the play depicts life as it was then with some witty dialogue and lovely character parts. It shows how very much life has changed over the last 200 years and has some very amusing moments. Curtain up at 7:30pm. Doors open at 6:45pm
Tickets £15 on sale at Ticketsource from 13th April for members, and 20th April for general public
