Nigel and Mark have been driving EVs in the real world for 8 years and between them have seen, heard and experienced the all the pros and cons of EV ownership.
Nigel Baker has been an EV driver for eight years, and runs the group Sussex EVs, which has over 1,000 members. The group exists to share our experiences with current and prospective EV owners and also works with other local groups to advise on the transition to EVs.
Mark Smith has been plugging in cars since 2015 and now, in his work for Energy Saving Trust, he supports local authorities across England to install EV chargepoints. Mark is passionate about supporting the transition to low carbon transport and helping people understand more about the technology.
